Harry J. Siskind is a seasoned photographer with a storied career that began in the early 1970s while he was still in high school. Initially working as a photojournalist for the Associated Press, Siskind quickly gained recognition for his work covering major events, including the Democratic and Republican Conventions on Miami Beach. This experience opened doors for him to photograph and develop close relationships with notable figures, including President Nixon, Dr. Henry Kissinger, and members of the Kennedy family.

Known globally as the “Elvis Photographer,” Siskind captured iconic images of Elvis Presley during the last three and a half years of the rock legend’s life. His deep connection with Presley solidified his reputation and resulted in unforgettable images of “The King,” taken during some of his most private and pivotal moments.

Throughout his career, Siskind’s photographs have graced the covers of nearly every major publication worldwide, including Time, Life, Look, Newsweek, and Rolling Stone. His work also appeared internationally in leading magazines like Paris Match, Hola, and Bunte, expanding his influence and appeal across global audiences. His portfolio spans a variety of subjects, from cultural icons like Elizabeth Taylor and Michael Jackson to world leaders like Pope John Paul II and Pope Francis.

In the 1980s, Siskind served as Executive Photo Editor of the New York Post, later branching into television production, where he played a role in creating and producing numerous TV shows. Despite taking a break from photography in the late 1990s, Siskind returned with a renewed passion, now exclusively using Sony Mirrorless Cameras to capture new projects for select clients.
